Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms You will receive a payment link for your session via email. To secure your session, full payment is required. Your payment confirms your spot and allows me to prep ahead of time so we can make the most of our time together. Cancellation & Rescheduling I totally understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or miss the session entirely, your payment will not be refunded. No-Show Policy If you miss your session without notice, your payment is forfeited and a new booking (with new payment) will be required. Running Late? If you’re running a few minutes behind, no stress—just shoot me a quick message. Sessions that start late due to client delay will still end at the originally scheduled time. Session Prep After you book, you’ll receive a short intake form to help me prep for our session to make sure that you get the most out of the scheduled time. Please complete this at least 24 hours before we meet so we can hit the ground running.
